La Longère is a gîte for 4 people (+2 on a sofa bed), available for rent for a minimum of 4 nights and with a total surface area of approximately 110 square meters, spread over two floors.

On the ground floor is the kitchen-dining room (induction stove, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening directly onto the large private terrace with no overlooked views. In the living room, alongside the fireplace, TV, and stereo system, stands the superb wooden staircase leading upstairs. Next come a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and the bathroom (sink, bathtub, toilet). Finally, the 20 square meter master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.

On the first floor, under the roof, there is a mezzanine with a 140 cm sofa bed, a small toilet, and a bedroom with two 90 cm twin beds. A crib can be installed upon request.

The southwest-facing garden is at your feet and includes a fireplace-barbecue, shaded by a centuries-old oak tree. From here, you'll admire the view overlooking the Nantes-Brest Canal, below the cider apple orchard.
